Leaf Presents 2013 Trinity Baseball

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Five on-card autographed cards per box; only 250 10-box cases were produced

Carrollton, TX (Dec. 18, 2013) – Leaf Trading Cards has hit the hobby trifecta with its final draft/prospect product of the year: 2013 Leaf Trinity Baseball. The set, which starts shipping this week, has three outstanding multi-tiered subsets to it and every one of them boasts on-card autographs and outstanding design.

Appel Patch“We were extremely pleased with the success of Leaf’s Trinity Football earlier this year,” said Leaf President Brian Gray. “So we just wanted to keep the momentum going with a similar concept for baseball.”

Just like the name implies, Trinity Baseball incorporates three specific elements: “Pure (Glass) Autographs,” a 49-player, multi-tiered lineup (60-25-5-1) showcasing the top prospects with stunning, glass-style transparent cards featuring all on-card autographs; “Inscription Autographs,” a 62-player, multi-tiered assortment (30-10-5-3-1) of draft picks who have added some very unique inscriptions to each of their cards; and “Patch Autos,” which includes another multi-tiered delivery of 40 players with jersey patch swatches as low as 1-of-1. Unlike the earlier football release, this time around every Patch Auto gem has been signed on card! And beautiful, 1-of-1 printing plates of every player in both the “Inscription Autographs” and “Patch Auto” collections are there for the taking.

Taveras Pure-1

A compelling checklist is what drives any sought-after trading card product and, once again, Leaf has made sure to include the best of the best with 2013 Trinity Baseball. In addition to already proven professional prospects like Byron Buxton and Oscar Taveras, as well as New York Yankees up-and-comer Gosuke Katoh, the set includes the Top 5 picks from the 2013 MLB Draft: RHP Mark Appel (No. 1); third baseman Kris Bryant (2); RHP Jonathan Gray (3); RHP Kohl Stewart (4); and outfielder Clint Frazier (No.5)!

Each box contains five autographed cards and production for 2013 Leaf Trinity Baseball was limited to a mere 250 10-box cases.
